Musicians' studio
1 double bed ( 140x190cm) + 1 sofa bed ( 180x200cm)
The musicians' studio consists of a furnished bedroom with bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare small meals and enjoy them on the large round table. The private toilet is separated by a door. The flat has a small terrace where you can dream away in the greenery.
The entrance is separate from the villa on rue Waldteufel, which houses Albania's Permanent Representation to the Council of Europe; it is directly from the garden and the key is on the premises, accessible by code.
Designed for 1 or 2 people (double bed 140×190 cm), it can accommodate 4 people (a family) and can be rented as a chambre d'hôte, from one night upwards.
Studio location
Free public parking in the street, at night: from 7pm to 9am and in the surrounding area, this is the cheapest parking zone, the green zone.
This studio is 2 minutes' walk from Saint Maurice bus station No. 2 (direct to Gare Centrale) or No. 15 A (towards Place République) and 8 minutes' walk from the tramway (stations: Observatoire, Palais des Droits de l'Homme).

The owner's good tips
The fruit, vegetable and local produce market (Tuesday and Saturday mornings on boulevard de la Marne) is at the end of rue Waldteufel, and the many shops are less than 2 minutes' walk away. The Studio des Musiciens is ideally located for strolling through Strasbourg's various parks and the area around the European institutions.

Studios Villa Schiller

The garden Villa Schiller is surrounded by Consulates and Permanent Representations to the Council of Europe. The 2 small, cosy flats are located side by side, a 10-minute walk from the European Parliament. The entrance is through the double gate on the right of the 1900 town house, towards the garden. These furnished 17 m2 rooms with kitchen, ideal for 1 or 2 people, are cosy little flats, each with its own entrance and a large terrace near the bicycle shed.
Like a bed and breakfast, you can spend just one night or several.

There are several bus routes around the corner: we're just 10 minutes from the main station (bus route 2 - Dordogne stop).

The owner's good tips
Just 20 metres away, there are 2 patisseries and tearooms where you can have breakfast or lunch (catered or on site) or buy a baguette or a kouglof (a type of local brioche). Opposite, there is the Au gourmet de l'Orangerie restaurant and several other restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Don't miss the two magnificent parks: the Orangerie and the Jardin Botanique. There are also boat trips and all the cultural activities of a city: concerts, opera, cinema, exhibitions and museums. Place de la cathédrale: ticket office for shows and the new hub of Strasbourg's cultural life.

Arrival and occupancy conditions
Arrival / Departure
Arrival : day of arrival indifferent, short stays from 1 day, as at the hotel.
La key is on site, accessible via a code which is sent to you when you pay for your booking.
You are expected to arrive from 5pm until 8pm. Other times are possible, until late, by prior arrangement, but without face-to-face reception. Please let us know your arrival time so that we can give you the keys.).
Departure : on the day of your departure, your room must be vacated by 10:00.
PS: Extra charge for late departure or early arrival: €8/hour
Tourist tax
Tourist tax of €1.10/night/person. Children (under 18) do not pay tourist tax.
Household linen
Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) is provided and beds are made on arrival.
Reservation
To book, simply indicate your dates of stay. Full payment is required via the website or platforms. Your booking will be definitive and confirmed as soon as we receive your payment: you can also book directly by telephone or e-mail with a deposit of 30% or via my website www.studiohotel-strasbourg.eu. The balance should be paid on arrival, preferably in cash. In high season, the deposit increases to 70% and the total amount must be paid 3 weeks before the arrival date.
Cancellation policy
Do you have to cancel your stay due to unforeseen circumstances? If you contact us at least 15 days before the planned date of arrival, you will be reimbursed, with the exception of €20 for expenses. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the arrival date, no refund will be made. In high season, this period is extended to 21 days.
